About I-CAPT

Integrated Cognitive-Affective Pain Therapy (I-CAPT) is an evidence-informed, multimodal psychological framework developed specifically for chronic pain rehabilitation. It integrates the most effective components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

HOW IT WORKS

The I-CAPT Programme will run as a 6-week closed group, delivered by a Clinical Psychologist, currently presented online.

 

Format:

  • Weekly 2-hour sessions

  • 8–12 participants per group

  • Gentle, supportive, skills-based environment

  • Includes psycho-education, guided practice, reflection, and practical tools
